Use of the Platform

GravityCore may be used only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, reverse engineer the service, or use GravityCore in violation of applicable laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to GravityCore, including notes, voice recordings, transcriptions, documents, deal information, and other uploaded or entered materials.

By using GravityCore, you grant us a limited license to process, store, display, and use your content solely as needed to provide and improve the platform.

Data Ownership

Users retain ownership of all information, recordings, notes, transcripts, documents, deal data, analyses, and other content submitted to GravityCore. GravityCore does not claim ownership of customer content and processes such content solely as necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the platform. Your firm owns its data. Always.

AI Outputs

GravityCore may generate AI-powered notes, summaries, insights, and recommendations. AI outputs may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed before being used for business, investment, legal, financial, or operational decisions.

AI Model Usage

GravityCore does not use customer-submitted content to train publicly available artificial intelligence models without the customer's explicit consent. Customer data is processed only as necessary to provide platform functionality, AI-powered features, and related services.

Confidential Business Information

GravityCore is designed to help users organize acquisition-related information. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, store, and process any information submitted to the platform.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid features may be subject to subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies presented at checkout or within the platform.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GravityCore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GravityCore disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GravityCore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to GravityCore if a user violates these Terms or uses the platform in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive manner.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GravityCore after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
