Security
Last Updated: June 2026
GravityCore is built to help acquisition teams capture, organize, and manage sensitive business information. Security is a core part of how we design and operate the platform.
Our Approach
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user accounts, deal information, notes, voice inputs, transcriptions, files, and platform data.
Security Practices
Our security practices may include:
- Secure authentication
- Encrypted data transmission
- Restricted access controls
- Cloud-based infrastructure security
- Monitoring for errors and performance issues
- Regular improvements to platform reliability and protection
Data Protection
Data is encrypted during transmission using industry-standard encryption protocols. Where supported by our infrastructure providers, customer data is also protected through encryption at rest.
Infrastructure and Service Providers
GravityCore relies on trusted third-party providers for hosting, database infrastructure, monitoring, analytics, authentication, payment processing, and AI functionality. We evaluate providers based on security, reliability, and operational standards appropriate for the services they provide.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using strong passwords, limiting access to authorized team members, and ensuring that confidential or third-party information is uploaded only when permitted.
Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of their data, including recordings, notes, transcripts, documents, deal information, analyses, and other content submitted to the platform. Your firm owns its data. Always.
AI and Data Processing
Information submitted to GravityCore may be processed by AI systems and infrastructure providers to generate platform outputs. We use these systems to provide the service and improve the product experience.
GravityCore does not use customer-submitted content to train publicly available artificial intelligence models without explicit customer consent.
Incident Response
We investigate reported security concerns and work to address verified issues in a timely manner. When appropriate, affected users may be notified of material security incidents in accordance with applicable laws and obligations.
Responsible Disclosure
If you believe you have discovered a security issue, please contact us at hello@gravitycore.ai with a detailed description of the issue.
Security Commitment
Security practices evolve alongside the platform. As GravityCore grows, we will continue to strengthen our infrastructure, monitoring, policies, and operational safeguards.
